This I imagine to be an angel of death luring the deceased spirit to the spirit world. Her beauty and allure so powerful that the spirit can't resist ! Her beauty is a weapon I suppose. Her body art suggest the life cycle of birth and death (caterpillar and butterfly/Spider skull represents death and the web of life) The jackal is the scavenger hence it is her pet!
